When viewing my bill online this appears: "This page is restricted"

It turns out my Sky ID wasn't linked to my Sky account. With the help of the friendly tech support person in the chat I found this article:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-link-tv-broadband-talk?customer_view=true
which contains a link to associate your sky account with your sky ID. This link also didn't work at first, but when I used incognito mode in the browser it did. At the end this also produced some error, but after this the link to access my bills in "my sky" worked.
