Unable to see products or services on website or mysky

whenever I access any of the My Sky Tools (Bills & Payments, Your Products, Product Settings or Check your Connection) it seems I don't have access or something isn't set up right. Bills & Payments: "This page is restricted" - I'm on the master account, it shouldn't be restricted from the account paying the bills. Your Products: "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now" - okay, maybe a service is down? Product Settings: "No active Sky Products" - complete nonsense Check your connection: "Sorry, no address is associated with your account" - complete nonsense

Just in case you're not aware, we're customers here and it's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post.

 

First, have you linked your Sky account number to your Sky iD?
