Unable to pay for Disney plus on marketplace

Hello

I have disney plus (I thought through Sky marketplace) but I missed a couple of payments. I am still receiving  Disney plus but have an outstnding balance to pay of 29.97. I have tried to pay this through Sky, but was told i had to pay direct to Disney. Went to my Disney account only to be told I have to manage this through Sky. Phoned Sky again to be told they can't do anything because it has to be dealt with by Disney....Disney refererred me back to Sky (you get the idea!!!) 

There has been no interruption to my service and I  am currently paying the £10.99 monthly direct debit as usual, but there is this £29.97 outstanding which I'd llike to pay!!!

Any ideas?

If you are being billed through Sky Marketplace then it is via them that I would have thought this needs to be paid. Out of interest does anything appear here regarding this:
