Unable to make mysky account as account not found at my postcode
When I try to view my bills etc on the mysky app I am asked to complete signing up but when doing so I am Unable to make mysky account as account not found at my postcode it asks for postcode / last 6 digits of bank account / last name.
When entering the postcode have you tried using upper case lettering ?
