Unable to link my skymobile to my skyid account

I have been a skytv customer for many years and have now taken out a skymobile sim only contract and was told i need to link the accounts from the email.  When I try to do this i keep getting an error messaage telling me to try again.  I have attempted to do this several times now and it still doesnt work.  Please could someone help with this.
