Unable to get free cinema tickets

I have been trying for 20 minutes to speak to someone about free cinema tickets with my new sky package. Help.

To claim your free Vue cinema tickets;

 

  1. Open the MySky app on your phone or tablet.
  2. Select Sky VIP in the bottom right, then tap the Your Vue Tickets tile (Something not working? Try reinstalling the app).
  3. Enter Confirm your email, read and accept the T&Cs and click Claim your codes.
  4. You’ll see two codes – each lets you book one standard seat.
  5. Copy the codes or make a note of them and go to myvue.com.
  6. Find a film you want to watch, select your cinema location and choose your seat type: Regular, Saver or Super Saver.
  7. At the seat selection stage enter your code(s) and go through to checkout.

Vue tile not showing. How do I claim free tickets. Have Sky stopped offering this?

Yes, everything is as it should be, no difference to when I last accessed the Vue tickets in Nov 24. I emailed Sky, who replied, very promptly I mifht add, with a load of reasons why it wasn't showing.None of which wer applicable to me. Had a look this morning........ and there it was, back again!
