in the My SKY app & select 'Your products' - you should get a series of tiles for each product and any that you are within minimum contract should show the end date

@Shakes123 It's under TV / Your Package / Change My Package. That is where all your minimum term contracts are listed along with their end dates

it may just be a glitch with the system
If you think they may end soon then try looking at your future bills as the bill will increase after the minimum period expires for any discounts

Can you get into yours and see the end date? Then I will understand if there's a glitch. Many thanks 😊

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYup, no dates means 'out of contract'.
also, check itemised bills - there won't be any discounts if so.
technically, there is no end date - the contract only terminates when you give notice. (When you are allowed to)

Checked my bills and I still have all my discounts. Somethings not right? Will have to try and ring again tomorrow. Thank you for your help and taking the time to reply , very much appreciated @nigea99 @Invisiblename @caesarome @PandJ2020
