Unable to download bill (system is taking me directly to "print only" option)
How do I download my bills if system is not allowing me to do that?
Download PDF is automatically changing to "print only" option
Tried few times, no change.

Have you tried using a different web browser ?

Same problem in both Safari & Chrome.
Safari - Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 https://www.sky.com/sky-pdf-service/from-content
Chrome - POST https://www.sky.com/sky-pdf-service/from-content net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

@gamagu I am getting tge same error suggest you call Sky to report the issue.

@gamagu it looks like Sky have fixed the issue certainly working for me this morning.
