Everytime I go to see the prices of Sky products, it takes me to a URL - https://www.sky.com/hub/ineligible and says -
"Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now
Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account."
This has happened the last 2-3 days as well.
Any fixes on this?

all I'd suggest is see what happens if you try different browsers and incognito mode. If that gives the same error then all you can do is phone Sky instead .

The online order system has always been tempamental but you are always better off phoning for orders as then you have the potential to haggle and negotiate.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

If this is all you want to do then see what happens if you are logged out if your account if you are already a customer who is logged into your account.
