Successfully managed to cancel SKY sports back in October and saw the reduction the next month - happy days The following.month, saw an add on for ULTRA HD charging £4 a month which wasn't requested Any thoughts?

You will have to call Sky about this so they can look into when, why and how this was added to your account.
