I stopped the debit and wanted 2 pay monthly but u keep taking it and leaving me with no money in the bank 4 times u have done this now

@Jack7gooner You'e not talking to Sky, no one here is taking money from you.

You should also be aware you need to have a Direct Debit of debiot card setup for payment as that is part of the T & C's you have agreed to.

I'm not sure wht you mean by pay monthly as your direct debit is a monthly direct debit.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

A direct debit payment is taken monthly apart from when you first join Sky as the first two payments are taken two weeks apart then it will be monthly after that.

Sky don't allow monthly manual payments. You have to pay either by direct debit, or by an automatic monthly card payment.
