Trying to signup for VIP broadband offer but get error

As above, the system takes me through my switching info and goes to check for an installation date but then get a

Any ideas? It seems to happen to all signups, my husband has the same trying to signup without the VIP offer.

I'd suggest perhaps phoning in that case to get the offer.

Me too but cannot find any help at all online to rectify. Guess I will have to choose an alternative provider 😞

I've decided to go with vodafone instead as will get £100 cashback to my quidco account. (If I have to call rather than do online with sky I'll miss out on the considerable cashback).
