Trying to pay off one of my accessories

I am trying to pay off one of my accessories and it doesn't let me online and I can't do it via phone as I am truly busy the normal working hours of sky is any other way to pay it off all I get is the photo below :

UK Sky Customer Services operates over all 7 days so give them a call on your next day off. (Christmas operating times may differ).

I can't call them as I don't have days off that's the reason that I ask in the first place this question except if they are open between 01:00 - 3:45 that's the only hours that I can call. So now that actually say again the same thing but more explained does anyone knows how to fix this issue or any other contact option as phone call is not an option for some people.

You cannot pay off the agreement online, you have to call to do this.

why can you pay off a mobile online but not an apple watch? Its completely ridiculous to require a customer to call for one and not the other and frankly I'm sick of having to deal with anything or anybody Sky related
