Trying to change my address

Hi

 

Sky glass customer, trying to change my address online but hit a brick wall.

 

We've moved house, i sign into my sky account, go to my details, try to change address. It refers me to a moving home link, and the page just keeps re-loading again and again. Tried Safari and Chrome, it just sits and keeps reloading. I don't need Sky to do anything apart from just update my address, no engineer required.

 

Tried the virtual chat but no use, can't see a way to actually speak to anyone.

 

Any ideas?

The Escalation Team can't assist with address changes for Glass or Stream so you do need to call.

Thank you, dont suppose you know the number please? I cant see it on the website. If you dont know it, no worries i'll dig it out at some point, boxes everywhere right now 🙂

You can call free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.
