Want to return to Sky but I moved home since the last time i was subscribed.
Tried to change address in my account but it wont change it unless i upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
Upgrade option just sends me to sky glass which i do not want

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow long ago did you leave Sky because if it was 12 months ago or more you will be seen as a new customer and not a returning one so you need to start afresh with a new account when you place the order.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID which you can do when placing the order.
