Trying to add household member to my account

I have sent an Invite to someone in my household. The invite has been accepted, but the household member is continually getting the message “Oops, something went wrong. Try again”. Anyone have any ideas why and what I can do to resolve this? I have sky glass with netflix and paramount.

You will either have to call Sky or use be of the social media links at the bottom of the page to get some help with this.
