Trying to Switch to Sky for Broadband & TV - But used to have a Sky Stream Service
Hello there,
I am trying to switch my broadband over to Sky and get TV added for the deal price of £37 a month for 24 months. However, when I try to accept the deal and switch MySky thinks I have a live Sky Stream account from a few years ago and it is asking me to ring a number that doesnt help me.
Can someone provide me with a switching service number so that I can try switching and take advantage of the deal?
I will appreciate any help given.
Thanks
Philip

If you were a previous customer of Sky then make sure you are not signed into that account and that you use a different email address to that you used with that account.

Just to note that the price isn't fixed. It will increase in April 2026 and 2027.

There is no dedicated number - just the customer service number. Try saying nothing, using a different line or using the 141 prefix to withhold your number. (And stay silent when the bot asks)
