My soon to be ex-wife has cancelled the sky at the house as it was in her name alone. I would like to re-sign up in my own name for at least the broadband part but however I try the system keeps saying we still have an account and to use her details. I dont know how to get round that. Any ideas?

I have been trying to find a number that I can call that doesnt require an account number to get through to a real person

services have all been terminated now. broadband was the last one yesterday. so nothing is live anymore
