@Vjaceslavs1 You are not talking to sky on this forum. Log into your account and download the bill pdf file for the relevant and previous month so you can compare the possible reason.

Previously there was a chat with the operator. Now the robot only responds. It turns out that to solve problems you can only contact by phone

@Vjaceslavs1 Call centres will be closed opening for different depts from 7am onwards but you would be looking for billing issues. Hope the download of your bills helped and you may be correct that the call is required to get it sorted. Good luck and hope it goes well.

When you took this out you would have been told how long it was going to last for so now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount for the next 12/18 months if you agree to a new contract.
