Timescales for kit return and credit refund

Hello! Just hoping to understand how long it's taking to get an acknowledgement about kit return - it's been three weeks since I had the notification that I sent the return back and had the automated "we'll charge you if you don't return it" threat etc. Don't really want it hanging over my head over Christmas. Also wondering about the credit refund - I was told when I cancelled that it would be paid to us on our December bill date but that hasn't happened. Can't stand the sky phone lines as it's always a nightmare so hoping for some confirmation here if possible..thanks!

Does your receipt you got via the proof of posting show that it has been delivered ?

 

What is the credit refund for and does a credit now show on your account ?

Thanks for the reply 🙂 

The receipt says that it's on its way - but that was three weeks ago now. 

The credit is for overpayment - we cancelled and they charged a full month so it's showing a £45 credit on the account.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
