Threats to suspend my Sky services...from Sky
Hello all
Can someone tell me how to handle this, This is the 3rd email I have recieved from Sky telling me they will supsend my Sky services if I fail to make a payment.
I cancelled Sky broadband and moved to Vodafone on the 21st Febuary 2025, I rang Sky a few days later to ask about future payments, The Lady I spoke to said she would cancel future payments from my bank.
Job done I thought, But no, I got an email to say I need to pay, I rang customer services to ask what the situation was, Not an issue I was told as Sky owe you £26.50 and I am to ring on the 4 April to claim this back.
Again another email today to suspend my account when I have no account to suspend.

When you moved to Vodafone were you in a minimum term of a contract so in affect did you cancel early or have Sky continued to charge you your usual monthly amount ?

My contract finished on the 21st Febuary the day I mooved over to Vodafone, As we pay in advance Sky owe me £26.50, I've spoken to 2 customer services this last few weeks who tell me that I only need to call them on the 4th April for my money to be returned.
I've done all the right things but Sky keep emailing me to suspend an account I do not have...Crazy

My account is showing I should have paid £29.50 today(18th march)and Aprils payment is showing -£54 credit, My post concerns that Sky themselves cancelled my March 18th payment(I have had no Sky broadband since Feb 2025)
Sky customer services say I am to ring on April 4th for monies owed to be refunded, It woulkd appear one department doesn't know what another department is doing, Also the emails I recieved are none I can reply to...ie auto generated

Can you post an image of this 18th March bill and if you do blank out your name and account numbers ?
