Thanks but I've already tried that, and I've actually had this issue for a while now - I've never actually been able to view my Bills online

Thanks, I've seen in other forum posts that Sky have reached out to other customers with the same issue (seems like a widespread problem), so I'm waiting for them to reach out 🙂
