This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here.
Have a look at your subscription and think about what you can do without ie; Sports, Cinema, Kids, UHD, then give Sky a call and see what you can negotiate- which will require a new 18 month contract.
