The address on my account is not quite correct.

I live in a flat and the address shown on my account shows:

Mr XXXXX XXXXX, Building Name, 12 345 My Road, Town, Postcode

 

it should be:

Mr XXXXX XXXXX, 12 Building Name, 345 My Road, Town, Postcode

because 12 is the flat number and 345 is the number of the building in the road.

 

I see that this has been asked before and was resolved by messaging - could somebody contact me please.

You have to call Sky to resolve this. The Messaging Team can no longer do this.
