Thanks and looking to your call Geraint

Hello, I wondered if it was possible that you might be able to get one of your colleagues  Geraint (Removed) to contact me. He was very helpful  and considerate whilst trying to sort out a new deal and seeing what offers were on the table but we couldn’t finish it because he needed to speak to his boss who had gone home to see if he could get better offer because of my 22 years of loyalty with Sky.He said he would phone me on Monday but I never got to speak to him. 

I hope you can locate him and ask him to call me.He should have my number

I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.
