Texts to my phone about surveys from Sky re a call I made to them!

I have asked Sky Customer Service People several times to stop sending surveys to my mobile phone, I do not have a phone with the Internet on it so I can't answer them, I have asked them several times in the past year to  start sending me emails to my email account but I am being totally ignored over this and got another text off them this morning! I do Not use a phone on the Internet,  I do not have the Internet on my phone....in face I hate phones!  I have been with Sky 19 years and for 17 of those years they have sent me emails but not now, I get emails from them about everything else but Not the surverys!

Are you sure they're genuinely from Sky? There's no end of spam Sky 'surveys' out there, which obviously Sky have no control over.

Thank you Mark, yes I'm positive they are from Sky, I'm very aware of scams  and check everything before I open
