Tesco vouchers

Hi, like many others I was offered two £20 Tesco vouchers as a gesture of goodwill, because of some issues I've had with Sky. But when I click on the email to claim them I get this error message:

Could you please advise on how to proceed?

Me too, I've been phoning them about this for 2 weeks. Today I was passed around for over 2 hours, still no way to claim the rewards
