Tesco voucher not working

Offered and sent link for Tesco £15 voucher as an apology , every time I click the link goes to a " whoops something went wrong " screen

Thanks , can't see Tesco voucher in the detail , but looking at the same bill on TV it shows , just want to know how I claim it as the link does not work , just keep getting whoops message??

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
