I want to end my contract due to a price increase and ive found a cheaper provider

@Surjio  You can't cancel tv subscription due to the increase 

 

but you can cancel broadband  within 31 days of receiving the notification information on how to do so is contained within the notification communication

Just a quick update.

 

Sky tried to charge me £43.50 early termination fee, I phoned them and gave dates and of the email recceived and also the text converstion that stated I could leave.

 

The agent stated I should'nt of got that email or be told that which is strange, but anyway charges are dropped.
