Telephone number to get a Refund on a closed account
I have a credit on my account after closing 3 months ago, have tried unsuccessfully numerous times to try and talk to someone as advised on help page but all I get is AI and the call gets disconected as query doesn't into the options provided. Has anyone actually managed to resolve this, as account closed no longer a current customer.

@Frustrated61 All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
