Telephone Calls allegedly from Sky!

I have received several calls from a call centre that is clearly not in the UK telling me that Sky are closing a "portal" and need to migrate my services to the new portal.

They are constantly asking me to confirm my email & home address.

No bank details were requested?

I have consistently refused to give out my email over the phone when I don't know who is calling.

Has anyone else heard of this?

@Vinnytwin Sounds very much like a variation of the SIM card and viewing card scam thats going round at the minute.

Almost certainly a poorly written scam script: that's not language which makes sense in a Sky context.
