Tearing my hair out

As I now live abroad i have switched my UK supplier and note that Sky have credited my account with £93. However this will be applied to future bills, which will not exist.

Hiw do I reclaim the amount due?

I can't phone as my plan doesn't allow overseas numbers.

The virtual assistant is hopeless.

HELP!
