I had a late payment in december, i paid the bill and then the 55.00 carried over to the january bill. So all was paid with bank statements proving so. Yet tbis month they are charging the 55.00 again even tho payment isnt late and ive paid it last month in full. Cant speak to sky to sort it out either.

From what you have said there was no need to make this manual payment as the payment you missed was added to your next bill.

Although you will be billed your usual amount for this month, if you see a £55 credit on your account then that should be used instead of £55 being taken from your bank,

i had a late payment in dec, so carried over to january. So in january i paid the bill and the 55.00 from december so it was all paid off ( bank statements proving so) however they charging the 55.00 again on febuary bill so charging again even tho no late payments.
