Hi my name is Samantha you've been taking money out of my account when I've already paid for my phone and I cancelled it over the phone

Did you cancel the phone within within 31 days of receiving it because if so what will have been your first bill will have been created during this time which will need to be paid before the overpayment is then refunded to you.
