Taking money my bill paid

I had a message from my bank you've tried to take money from my account when I paid my bill on line with my debit card. My next payment is not die till the 25/09/2024, so why are you ruining my credit by doing this?? I don't have the money as I've paid it already. I've now had to yet again cancel the direct debit due to this, yet again for exactly the same reason. I will not set a direct debit again for this I'll pay every month with my card. I'm trying to have good credit but all you companies are the same out to get as monet from us little people to get richer than you all ready are and you don't care who's life you ruin in the process. (Removed) I'm trying to sort my credit rating out so I can enjoy things I would never have had if I didn't sort my life out. I got told you are meant to help customers on benefits as I can't work due to extremely serious mental health problems, but I've not seen any help from only more problems. So you help those on benefits by ruining any credit they have by taking money that's not owed and by adding money on top. Why are you trying to take money now when my bill is always the 25th of every month?? I made sure I spoke to someone about this cos this is when you say my payment is late and it's not but I get charges £10 every month which I really can't afford it but I pay it. In fact thinking about it if you look at my parents you owe me for all the late fees when I wasn't late. This has to stop or I'm cancelling my sky and posting what you've done to me and not to trust your company.

Firstly, in case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.


Why are you making a manual payment if you have a continuous payment method set up.
