Taken money after cancellation

I spoke to a person 2 weeks ago and told them I cancelled on 27th October my account of £70.66 was taken out of my bank on 3rd December. I looked at my bill and it appears that from 27th Nov untill 2nd Dec should have been minus 4.90,2.57,1.17,.93 total £9.57 refund plus 70.66 . You need to put £80.23 back in my account please, plus a goodwill payment for all the stress this has caused during cancelation Regards Robert

We're customers here, not Sky personnel.

Because of the way Sky's billing,system works, it's normal initially to be charged beyond the date your services end. Sky will, of course, refund the overpayment from the date your services actually end - normally within 6 weeks  but you can request a manual refund within 5 days, as soon as your Sky account has been recredited.

If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can do that, when your Sky account is in credit (a minus figure).

@Grab1

In addition to the post from @Mark39 you won't get a goodwill payment from Sky as the process is what normally occurs.
