Taken bill twice from my bank

I've already paid my bill this moth and sky have taken my bill out again well tried monday then today and now my dad has been cancelled so will have set it up again I've rang sky about it they said it will be passed over and processed payments can take 3/5 working days to be refunded but I've got a 10year old son at home who I have to provide for and they have taken what bit of money I had

You should not need to make manual payments as you must have a monthly payment method setup of which Sky will take it automatically from you so making this payment to close to your billing date is to late to stop Sky from taking it so going forward let Sky take the payment as there is no need to make any payment yourself.

Sky have said that they will refund the money but can tame anything upto 3-5 working days to be refunded to me but that's my only money just wondering if there's any way it can be sped up as I've got a son at home

Your duplicate posts asking for escalation have been removed. Any action by the Messaging Team would be duplicating what Sky have already told you in that they are processing the refund and it should take 3-5 working days. You should receive it at the beginning of next week.

As the refund has already been processed then you'll need to wait, it can't be sped up.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
