TNT Sports has reduced rugby content .HOW DO I CANCEL (SKY Website not helpful !

I have been with TNT Sports for many years but they have recently reduced their RUGBY offering (losing out to Premier Sport - who need even more money to cover EPRC) . I can no longer afford to pay TNT Sport to watch a reduced coverage of RUGBY (MY main interest). 

Maybe I am itellectually challenged but I am not able toCancel this subscription which is paid through SKY.

Anybody know how I can do it !

You can only cancel a Sky service by phoning them

You'll need to contact Sky and give the required 31 days notice.

Thanks to respondents . I telephoned an 0333 number, spoke to a young lady based in India and cancelled .
