Switching from Virgin Media to Sky
Hi just ordered all my sky setup and got instalation date of 1st october, went to virgin who said sky should contact them to let them know when all my services are activated is this true as didnt see a mention on sky if not what is the best way to cancel sky

What Virgin told you is correct for Broadband/Talk but not for TV as you have to give the required notice to cancel this with them. As the switching service doesn't cover this only broadband and talk.
