Switching broadband in our caravan

We have BT broadband in our caravan, which is in a remote part of Northumberland. Our contract is ending and we want to switch to Sky broadband. Sky do provide a service to that address, weve checked. Every time we try to do it online with Sky it recognises our email and home address (we have Sky stream at home), which is obviously different to the caravan address. Trying to add it to our existing Sky stream contract doesn't work, presumably because of the two different locations. Trying to resolve it without having to have a long phone call with Sky. Any suggestions welcome.

@Robbielack  Providing the caravan has a postal address registered with Royal Mail then you need to sign up as a new customer whilst not logged into any existing account 

 

this means paying two separate subscriptions one for each address 

 

if the caravan doesn't have a postal address then you can't register

As your caravan is at a different address then you will need to sign up again as a new customer so to do this you need to be signed out of your existing account then sign up as a new customer by providing a different email address.
