Switched to EE. SKY have been taking monthly payments for a year as well as EE. I want a refund.

I am awaiting a reply to me email regarding a refund of monies that both SKY and EE are taking from my bank.

@ChrisM11  you aren't addressing sky posting here we're a customer ➡️ customer help forum only 

 

how did you cancel and which services did you cancel , did you also receive email confirmation accepting the cancellation 

 

note the one touch switch service only covers broadband any tv service is the responsibility of the customer to cancel so if you didn't give sky the required notice to cancel they will rightfully continue to take payment and no refund will be due for tv services

As above, if you believe you 'switched' TV services then you didn't.  You will still have a Sky account and will be liable for paying it regardless of whether you've used it or not.  (i.e. no refund)

 

If it was broadband and there was some issue with OneTouchSwitch then you may have a complaint (but equally could be with EE if they did not notify Sky correctly)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
