Switched sim providers but the plan is still on my bill for other months
Ok so I've just switched sim providers as I got more data for less. I have moved my number to this new sim but I still have a phone and AirPods to pay for, I have two phones that I got with the pay each month and I've paid of the one that has new sim the other phone never had a plan. But on my bill it says that I still have to pay for the sim

When you transferred this number had you had it with Sky for 12 months or more, if so then you will need to call them about this.
