Re: my account

I rang on monday to confirm I lost my job due to closure by government rules as I work in a restaurant  to say I couldn't afford my bill, the only thing offered to me was  to take children's channels off and save me £5 even tho children are off school, my bill was due out of my account that day and that was all the money I had left for shopping and had no choice but to stop the direct debit. All this was explained in the phone call which was a complete waste of time especially when you got others calls to make, like things ain't hard enough. Sky as now suspended my account, all I wanted was help, I've been a customer for 13 years and that's my thanks. So please contact me via phone asap as i cant loose my broadband my son needs it for school work

Re: Reducing my tv package

Hi just been on compare site for tv broadband and tv package , and I'm sorry to say that SKY is charging a lot more for theses services,  if you are trying to save money then I suggest you go and compare very many good deals out there and much cheaper

Account suspended

So my account has been suspended. We have been in quarenteen and my husband is self employed now we have no income due to Coronavirus. My kids need broadband for online schooling. The only way I can speak to someone is to reinstate my account but I can't do that as we have no money. And now they are saying we will be charged £180 cancellation fee and equipment removed. So now I have no way of shopping, kids schooling. It's absolutely ridiculous!!

Re: Reducing my tv package

Thank you @Rhonny , I haven't attempted to call as it states do not call unless vulnerable or a key worker. It does say you can reduce things online but when following the instructions it then states you can't remove anything you must speak to sky . Can't win . My couple of deals have JUST run out when all this madness of coronavirus  has hit at the same time . I'll just either muddle along and keep paying until I can renegotiate new deals with an actual advisor or write to sky as @ bob1234 suggested . Thank you again for the advice!

Re: Reducing my tv package

Hi @leslush , I've been tempted to have a look round for a while as just can't afford these high prices and , like you say, there are deals out there. I need to just bite the bullet and look with the view to making a swap over. Even if it's just for tv . But I had kept leaving it and putting it on my to do list as I was on a contract etc . Thank you for your reply!

Just took new offer - Bill incorrect by £200 - No Sky support

Hi,

I need help with my billing.

I just took out a new package via my the Sky Q 'My Account' page.

It has added on three Mini boxes (which we don't have or want) and other fees.

I have no way to get this corrected.

Please can someone at Sky get in touch with me to correct.

Thank you,

Shaun
