Hi @Nick789uk   As we believe that Sky do not use email as a method of inbound communication, how did you manage that?

For what it's worth...  After resolving (patiently  and painfully) this exact scam for my 89-year-old mother-in-law in August, I wrote to Sky Complaints Dept (at the Livingston, EH54 7DD address) detailing her/my experience and making some constructive suggestions for how they could improve handling of these worrying situations for the elderly/vulnerable.

Posted 11th August, recorded delivery, received with receipt 12th August.

Absolutely nothing heard back.

I feel your pain. If the scam has just happened, you may have to settle in and be patient. You can certainly log the fraud to customer services by phone (when they answer) but then it seems that one has to wait for the fraud team to contact the customer rather than the other way round. Took about 10 days in our case.

Calls will be answered, not necessarily by an agent in the UK though. There is probably a queue to speak to an agent.
