Stuck on let’s find your account

when using the app I can't get past this (I put my postcode and it does nothing) I've tried deleting the app restating my phone and everything but can't get past it. On safari I can login in on my account (the message pops up but it lets me get past it unlike the app) any suggestions? 🙂IMG_8221.png

Have you tried both ways of entering the postcode by entering it with a gap and also without one ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
