Stressful contacting SKY

Why is it so stressful to contract Sky. Or even replay to emails received from Sky, always (with no replay)? And end up taking out our frustration out on a robot. And if speaking to a person that speaking in a different language, they do seem nice. But I think they are as frustrated as us?

Simple solution. Allow anyone to reply to the emails sent by SKY has normal companies do?

Sky doesn't use email as a way we can contact them by so if you don't want to call they can be contacted via social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page.
