Stream

Sky - no other option to get in touch as you hide behind your contact details and i dont have the time to call and hang on for 30 minutes plus.

 

My account has been Ghosted in your own words since November when ipaid to move to steeam but you happily continue to charge me full price for your servies until this is removed.  Plus i'm down the Stream set up fee.  Each customer service representative i talk to, always seems to understand my plight but after countless promises to respond, i have no call backs.

 

All i want to do is leave as you have lost my business.

 

Please sort this out as im sure you cant run a business with this level of customer service, unless the customer cant leave as you have blocked their account.  

 

I expect a full refund from when i said i would leave or at the very least the drop in cost had you acyually managed to set me up on stream.

 

Not happy!!

@AR1271 This is the Sky Community forum, made up of other Sky customers, you aren't addressing or speaking to Sky at all via this forum.

 

You best course of action is likely to raise an official complaint via the Sky Complaints process if you feel aggreived or you have been mistreated by Sky in any way.
