Stopping ex from accessing my account

I have recently discovered my ex is accessing my sky store and go account.  I changed the password and logged out all devices and he has still managed to log in.  It isn't a password he could guess so am unsure how he's doing this.  How do I block him once and for all?

Re: Stopping ex from accessing my account

UPDATE

having followed all your advice... for which I thank you all.  Nothing worked so I contacted customer service.

Their reply was less than helpful.  Basically I'm to let him have access as he's not making purchases so they don't see my problem!!

The fact he made my life hell and I don't want to see his name let alone give him freebies is apparently irrelevant.   Needless to say I am no longer a sky customer.   If they can't help keep my account secure then I'm not happy.

Thank you for all your advice everyone

@Tracy139

First change your password again:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off, this might not stop them straight away but it will over a day or so.

Hi @Tracy139   Have you checked that they are not set up as an additional user? This is only visible to the account holder https://www.sky.com/mydetails. Very simple to remove additional users.

It is but doing so doesn't stop people from logging back in which is why @Tracy139 needs to do as I posted above.

Hi @caesarome   So you are saying that an additional users (with their own user name and password) can historically log in after their user name has been removed? We all Iive and learn every day.

@Tracy139

If you followed what I posted above it should stop them but it doesn't happen straight away as it can take a little while to kick in.
