Stop future payment for broadband not available

My broadband was supposed to be set up two weeks ago, sky sent out my rotor ready to connect but there was an issue with what sent. My first film is supposed to be paid in a week and get the broadband still has not yet been set up as they are still figuring out some issues. I don't think it is fair that I should pay for the services as I have not received any. Is there any way to stop the first transaction coming out of my account.

@Dean1987  No, but you may be due compensation as per the link below

The compensation would be by the way of a credit that would be applied to your account so there is no way to stop the bill being created or paid,
