Hi
I was told from Sky broadband telephone team that the £43 I 'overpaid' would be returned to my account if I left the Direct Debit active, which I did, However, no money has been returned? Please let me know when the credit will be paid, as I am in between jobs and need every penny right now!

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Was this after leaving Sky? How long ago was this arranged? Refunds like this typically take 3-5 working days.
